1. Damaged, Defective, Broken, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the product and its condition.

We will review your complaint and guide you through the next steps. Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Reporting Period

Please report product issues as soon as possible after delivery. Complaints relating to eligible replacement cases may be reviewed within 30 days of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions and your statutory rights.

3. Change of Mind and Unused Products

If you wish to return an unused product because you have changed your mind, contact us before sending it back. Eligibility, return arrangements, and any applicable return shipping costs will be assessed in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.

Products must not be returned without prior instructions from our customer support team.

4. Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Where a refund is due, Sudicart will arrange it in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment and order circumstances.
